We had a home built by United Home Builders which was completed January 2009. It was finished when promised and anything that needed changed, repaired or adjusted got done in a competent and timely manner. We just love our new house and can’t say anything but good things about our experiences with United Home Builders.

Due to the construction turndown in general, and subcontractors not following through and paying vendors, I was most pleased that United Home Builders backed their work entirely – regardless on what the “subs” did. On several occasions the “subs” didn’t follow through on their responsibilities and United Home Builders did not hesitate to follow through and back their home construction and cover costs where the vendors weren’t paid.

We would not hesitate to recommend United Home Builders, for anyone’s new home needs.

Dear United Home Builders,

I just wanted to take a moment to write and tell you what a pleasure it was to work with you. John and I were very uneasy about building a home long distance, so it was very comforting to have constant contact with all of you. The home turned out beautiful and John and I just love it!

The entire staff at United was always very friendly, attentive and returned calls and attended to any problems promptly. John and I looked at many, many homes before deciding on United Home Builders, and I don’t think that there is anyone out there that compares to what you get for the money with United!

Dear United Home Builder:

I wanted to start my letter by stating the obvious.

The Caribbean Home Model that United Home Builders built for me and my Family is awesome.

When my wife and I drove from Miami to see home models here in Cape Coral we had the chance to visit all of the 37 plus models on Chiquita. We spent 2 weekends searching for that perfect home. I of course wanted a nice garage; my wife wanted a great floor plan and we both wanted a reasonable price.

We found that your Model Home offered everything we were looking for. Coming from Miami where we had a nice home we wanted a home that would make you say WOW!!! The Caribbean Model had that WOW look to it. We loved the exterior design and my wife loved the master bathroom. The kitchen was great and the living area was large enough for entertaining. I of course loved the 3 car garage which was very important for me. We decided to build the Caribbean Model with a pool and we added lots of upgrades including the brick work on the front of the house which by the way it’s a must have.

The transaction was as smooth as can be. Andy was great help and was there all the time to answer any questions prior to and during the construction. Brandon the superintendent was extremely helpful. He answered all of my calls and believe me I called him every week during the construction. United Home Builder was excellent and your staff was as good.

We have now been enjoying our home and pool for over a month now. We love it. Our friends and family love the look of the house. They tell us how beautiful our new home is. Not to brag but we think we have one of the best looking homes in our neighborhood.

Again a special thanks to Brandon who has even come out to my home after you guys turned over to help me resolve issues and had the time to meet with us after hours and Saturdays, Andy who helped with all the plans in the city and was very professional and kind and the United Home Builders Staff for building us such a wonderful home.

I have worked in the housing industry for the past 15 years. I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly! So needless to say, when I began looking for someone to build my home, you could just say that I was a “little picky”. United Homebuilders not only met my expectations, but they significantly exceeded them.

Starting with the warm reception from the model staff, I knew that this builder was different! From the design stage, thru contract, construction, and completion, the staff was always available for questions, changes and updates. My construction manager became a part of the family. I felt as though he took that same pride in building my home, as he were building it for himself.

My home is truly a masterpiece! A collaboration of my dreams and their construction expertise! Any builder can put together bricks and mortar, but it takes a special group of people to turn those supplies into a home. My family is truly blessed to have done business with such an honest and outstanding group of people! It would be a mistake to go anywhere else!
